"Our process with 'Stasis' was: make demos that sounded like a finished album, re-record bass, drums and vocals, mix, master. This time around I wanted to be more loose during the demo phase, but still ended up using most of those guitars in the album. This record was a lot less finished when starting recording, I had to patch many more holes. The final chord progression of a song called 'Everything Is Permissible' was written and recorded during mixing. So in short: more chaos, more collaboration." — Verheyden

"What was also interesting to me, is that our newest band member Kristof and I both made vocal demos of every one of Chiaran's compositions without hearing the other one's version until it was done.
